Using advanced cold rolling technology to replace the traditional milling to process splines is a qualitative leap in spline processing technology. It not only improves the processing accuracy and surface finish, but also greatly improves the mechanical properties of parts. After cold rolling, the strength of spline is much higher .In addition, reasonable cold rolling process can form compressive stress on the surface of parts and improve fatigue strength.
